Hainan Chicken and Ginger Sauce

This dish is one of my favorite na niluluto ng Nanay.For me ito ang isa sa mga pinkadabest.Kaya naman I make sure na pinanood ko sya talaga habang niluluto nya to. I remembered how we finished yung buong kaldero ng Hainan rice and Hainan Chicken. So I'm sharing this to you guys. Ingredients : 7 pcs of Monterey Chicken Thighs 3 Tbsp of Salt Green Onions 1 cup Ginger 10 lemongrass 5 Cups of Water 4tbsp of Knorr Chicken Powder Procedure : 1. Season  the chicken with salt  2 .Use a big pot and put in the  water . 3. Add in  the Chicken,Ginger,Onions,GreenOnions,Lemongrass 4. . Bring to  boil for about 30 minutes and then immediately turn the heat to low to keep a simmer . 5. Add 4 tbsp of Knorr Chicken Powder You’ll see some brown things on top of the boiling water.That's dirt,so you have to remove it.  4.After 1 hour,Turn oFF the heat and transfer the Chicken in a bowl with ice,Just turn the chicken for few times until both side were cooled.

Memorable Staycation at Loreland Farm at Luljettas Hanging Garden

A staycation is always on my list to do things every year. Its one way to have a nice bonding moment,to relax ,to relieve stress and to escape the busy city. This was our staycation in Loreland Farm  last year. Loreland Farm is one of the nicest resort in Antipolo City. I booked our 2 days and 1 night stay in Buenvinido Travel and Tours.       This is where we stay for 2 days and 1 night. Because I was too excited I forgot to take a photo of our room. But the room have TV and Aircon They have kiddie pools too.  We have complimentary breakfast only for 2 ,so we decided to order pancake for Chelsea and she liked it. After  breakfast we just explore the whole Loreland Farm then decided to check out  and go to Luljettas Hanging Garden. Fish with Cheesy Cream of Corn and Veggies

Fish with Cheesy Cream of Corn and Veggies " This is a healthy,yummy and  easy to prepare dish and your family will love this. INGREDIENTS 1 pc of Cream Dory ( slice it 2 inch) 1 Can Jolly  Cream of Corn 1 Brocolli 1 Can of Jolly  Mushroom Champignons Dash of Salt and Pepper 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Oil for frying 2 tbsp Cornstarch 1 Egg PROCEDURE 1.Marinate the fish with salt,pepper and lemon juice.Leave it for 5 minutes 2. Dip the fish in egg then to cornstarch 3. Fry until golden brown.Set Aside 4.Heat a medium pan,add veg.oil and 1 tsp.butter 3.Saute mushroom and brocolli 4.Add the cream corn 5.Add a dash of Salt 6.Cook for 5-6 minutes 6.Arrange in a plate the fish and put on top the Cream of Corn Sauce and the vegtables I will be posting more of my recipe.

ADOBO PASTA ,Oohlala!!

Filipinos are well very well known for Adobo.  Even ordinary days or when we have  special occasion at home  we always have Adobo in the table. Same goes with Pasta. We really love Pasta,right? That's why I came to this idea,why not I combine my two favorite food, The Adobo and Pasta. You know , when I'm home with Chelsea we just do some stuff  so we don't get bored and one thing we love to do is staying In the kitchen Check out the recipe ! ADOBO PASTA ,Ohlala!!    Ingredients  200g  Sunshine (cooked according to package directions ) 1/4 cup Olive Oil salt and pepper to taste  1/4 grms of pork or chicken ( slice thinly ) 2 bulb of garlic 4 tbsp of Datu Puti soy sauce 3 tbsp of Datu Puti vinegar cup of water  1/2 tsp of brown sugar 1/2 tsp of roasted garlic PROCEDURE : 1. In a pan, add the ilive oil and thin slices of meat ( pork or chicken ),cook until golden brown on both side 2. Add garlic ,saute until fragrant.

My Battle with Depression

"Life is not easy, not just for me but to anyone living and breathing" "Why  do I feel so down? Why do I feel so sad? Why do I feel alone? I was an Overseas Filipino Worker in H ongKong. I worked as a Domestic Helper who starts my day around 5 am and ends at 9 pm. Working as Domestic Helper is not easy, but I always tell myself that I'm doing this for our future. Every Sunday I was able to meet my mom who is also working there,I was able to meet new friends and I was able to eat and buy things that I can't buy before. I WON A BOX OF MEGA SARDINES BECAUSE OF THIS RECIPE !!

My daughter really likes pancake. Thats why i came to this idea of adding a sardines to her favorite pancake. This one also have vegetables.So it will be a healthy snacks for your little kiddos Healthy Veggie Pancake with Sardines Ingredients : 1can of Mega Sardines (Drained and                     reserve the sauce for later use) 1 pc onion (minced) 1/4 kilo cabbage ( shredded ) 2 stalks of leeks ( cut  1 pc egg 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar  1/2 tsp ground pepper 2 pcs bay leaf 1/4 cup grated cheese Oil for frying Procedure : *Batter*   You need a medium size bowl .  Put the flour,salt and sugar. Make a well in middle of the flour then add the egg.Add water and make sure to mix it well. *Pancake* 1.Use a small/medium frying pan 2.
