Ajinomoto's Sarsaya Oystra Sauce with the Real Taste of Oyster and Coco Martin as the New Endorser



Ajinomoto has a been a part of our household neccesity. My grandmother use Ajinomoto products to make her dishes more flavorful.
I was so excited together with to see the launching of their newest product, the Sarsaya Oystra Sauce.



Last Thursday I went to  Madison 101 Hotel + Towers to know the latest about Ajinomoto's new product. They introduced their newest product that will make your dish more flavorful.




Sarsaya Oystra Sauce is concentrated from real oyster, complete with seasoning to provide a delicious blend of savory, sweet and salty taste to any dish.

Sarsaya® Oystra Sauce is available in 30g pack and 156g stand-up re-sealable pouch.
You can also try the Sarsaya® Sweet and Sour Sauce available in 200g stand-up pouch. This is so perfect for dipping and for sweet and sour dishes.



Chef Mac Rodrigo did a live cooking demo using the new Sarsaya Oystra Sauce. Chef Mac cooked one of the Filipino favorite dish Ginisarsayang Kangkong with Tokwa (Tofu).

 Ambassador/ Endorser of Sarsaya® Oystra Sauce
 A person that is really suited to be the new ambassador.He is the person who also have passion for cooking and love food. A good grandson and a big fan of his grandmother's cooking. He also graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
He said that Sarsaya Oystra Sauce is different from any other brand because it has the real taste of oyster.




Recipe using Sarsaya
Oystra Sauce

Ginisarsayang Kangkong with Tofu


Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 square of Tokwa ( sliced into cubes)
2 cloves  of Garlic ( thinly sliced)
1/2 small size of Onion ( thinly sliced )
2 tbsp./30 g pack  SARSAYA ® Oystra Sauce

Procedure:
1. Fry Tokwa until lightly browned. Set aside Tokwa and sauté garlic and onion on the same pan.

2. Add Kangkong stalks and stir fry for about 30 seconds, put Kangkong leaves and fried Tokwa. Continue stir-frying.

3. Add Sarsaya Oystra Sauce , Mix and stir-fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
Makes 4 Serving

Ajinomoto always makes food taste much better. No doubt about that. I don't think I've tried this new oyster sauce before. Should be really good.

Oooo..I'm so going to try using this..mainly cause I have one special dish that uses oyster sauce to cook the minced beef...wonder if it would taste even more better than before..

The Oystra Sauce for me is way better than the other brand. Its not too salty.

A quick trip down holiday memory lane

  Can you feel it? The cold breeze, holiday songs, festive decorations, and colorful lights and lanterns… it’s Christmas season, everybody! Filipinos are known to celebrate Christmas the longest – it starts with the BER months and ends in January. Along with parties and get-togethers, we also have different traditions to celebrate the yuletide season. Since I was a kid, I associated grapes and round fruits with the holiday season.
