Healthy Meals PH owned by Mr.Rad Pelayo, a lifestyle coach who simply dreamed to help people to live a healthy lifestyle without making a hole in their pockets. Meals are specially prepared by Chef Angelo Abaca.

Chef Angelo Abaca is the person in charge in preparing the every day menu. He is a resident chef, food critic and also lifestyle coach. He is now one of the regular resident chef  of  a new show " How to be you "  every Sunday at GMA.

Wow healthy meals mainam talaga yung mga meal na ganyan at naalagaan natin ang katawan natin kaya lang minsan di namin afford ang mga food pero thankful parin kami kasi nagkakaidea kami sa mga healthy foods na kailangan ng pangangatawan namin.... thank you momshie dhess and healthy meal sa very knowledgeable idea about food....

A quick trip down holiday memory lane

  Can you feel it? The cold breeze, holiday songs, festive decorations, and colorful lights and lanterns… it’s Christmas season, everybody!
