Adobong Sitaw with Breaded Tofu

Lately,I notice that we are consuming too much meat which is really not good for our health.Also I'm on a tight budget right now,so I'm thinking to prepare a meal that my family will love without noticing or asking for meat.
Instead of using pork in this recipe I used Tofu.
Tofu is also a good source of protein .

This is really a super easy recipe .
I used the Lee Kum Kee Premium SoySauce. This SoySauce is not too salty and have this sweet taste ,it can make your dish more flavorful. ( don't get me wrong this is not a sponsored post..hehe)


  Adobong Sitaw with Breaded                                      Tofu

Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups of sitaw/string beans
2 onions ( chopped )
1/3 cup Lee Kum Kee Premium SoySauce
1/8 cup Vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar
Oil for frying
1 cup bread crumbs
8 pcs. of Tofu ( cut 1nch )
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

A Super Fun and Healthy Day at the Vita Cubes 2 Good Fun Day

Last Saturday, October 22,2016 Vita Cubes invited us to the Vita Cubes 2 Good Fun Day held at the  Active Fun BGC, Taguig.

Me , my daughter and my husband Mike had a great fun and bonding moment at the Vita Cubes 2 Good Fun Day.We are so excited because ,we all love the Vita Cubes since before.
I started to know the Vita Cubes thru their Facebook page and was lucky to won in one of their Facebook contest. Vita Cubes are so generous when it comes to prizes. We received a delivery of bag full of Vita Cubes goodies. After that we became a fun of this yummy and healthy gummy candies.

My daughter really likes pancake. Thats why i came to this idea of adding a sardines to her favorite pancake.
This one also have vegetables.So it will be a healthy snacks for your little kiddos


Healthy Veggie Pancake with Sardines

Ingredients:


1can of Mega Sardines (Drained and                     reserve the sauce for later use) 1 pc onion (minced) 1/4 kilo cabbage ( shredded ) 2 stalks of leeks ( cut  1 pc egg 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar  1/2 tsp ground pepper 2 pcs bay leaf 1/4 cup grated cheese Oil for frying
Procedure:
*Batter*   You need a medium size bowl . Put the flour,salt and sugar.Make a well in middle of the flour then add the egg.Add water and make sure to mix it well.





*Pancake* 1.Use a small/medium frying pan 2. Saute the onion ,cook until become soft then add the MEGA SARDINES 3.
