Crispy Hot Chicken Wings

I really like crispy and juicy fried Chicken . Here is really an easy and fast way to prepare a fried chicken wings. INGREDIENTS : 7 pcs of Chicken Wings 4 Tbsp. Curry Powder 1 1/2 Tbsp. Rock Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder 2 Tbsp. Soju 1/2 cup Cream Cornstarch Procedure: Clean the Chicken Wings and Pat I dry using a paper towel. Put the Chicken wings a bowl Add the Salt,Ground Black Pepper,Chili Powder,Curry Powder and Soju. Mix it well. Marinate it for 5- 10 minutes  Add the cornstarch  Heat oil for frying . Cook until golden brown. Serve it hot.

My own version of Kung Pao using Clara OLe Kung Pao Pasta Sauce

In this dish I use Clara Ole Kung Pao Pasta Sauce  guys.. One thing I like about Clara Ole Sauces ,there is no MSG..  This is a very simple and easy to prepare dish. Preparation Time : 20 minutes Cooking time :  15 minutes Cost : Php :118.00 Serving : Good for 6 person     Ingredients : 1. 1 pc. of Chicken Breast ( Cut into cubes ) 2. 1 pc. of Red.Onion ( chopped )  3. 5 pcs. of red chillies       * you can adjust the amount of red chillies. If you don't want it to be too spicy you can just put 2 pcs. of it. 4. 1  Whole Sweet Corn 5. 2 cups of String Beans 6.  Clara Ole KUNG Pao Pasta Sauce     PROCEDURE : 1 .  You have to marinate the chicken.Add  2tbsp of Kikoman Soysauce, 1/2 tsp of Brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp of Cornstarch, 1 tsp of sesame oil, a dash of salt and pepper.Marinate it for 15 minutes. 2. Grandma's Fish Steak Recipe

My grandma really loves to cook but she doesn't eat meat ( pork and beef ). That's why I always remembered her homecooked meal using fish as the main ingredient. This is one of my favorite na niluluto ng Nanay Taba. Sharing you the recipe guys! Hope you like it .                        FISH  STEAK INGREDIENTS * 1Whole MilkFish ( Bangus ) * 3 pcs. Red Onion ( Sibuyas)  * 3 pcs. Ripe Tomatoes (Kamatis) * 1/2 cup Clamansi Juice or 15 pcs. of Calamansi *Bunch of Kintsay *4 tbsp of SilverSwan Soy sauce * Baguio Oil for frying * Water * Salt and Pepper  Procedure: 1. Linisan ang Bangus at hiwaan sa parteng likod. Pahiran ng asin. 2 . Hiwain ang sibuyas, Kamatis at Kintsay. Lagyan ng konting asin at paminta. 3. Hainan Chicken and Ginger Sauce

This dish is one of my favorite na niluluto ng Nanay.For me ito ang isa sa mga pinkadabest.Kaya naman I make sure na pinanood ko sya talaga habang niluluto nya to. I remembered how we finished yung buong kaldero ng Hainan rice and Hainan Chicken. So I'm sharing this to you guys. Ingredients : 7 pcs of Monterey Chicken Thighs 3 Tbsp of Salt Green Onions 1 cup Ginger 10 lemongrass 5 Cups of Water 4tbsp of Knorr Chicken Powder Procedure : 1. Season  the chicken with salt  2 .Use a big pot and put in the  water . 3. Add in  the Chicken,Ginger,Onions,GreenOnions,Lemongrass 4. . Bring to  boil for about 30 minutes and then immediately turn the heat to low to keep a simmer . 5. Add 4 tbsp of Knorr Chicken Powder You’ll see some brown things on top of the boiling water.That's dirt,so you have to remove it.  4.After 1 hour,Turn oFF the heat and transfer the Chicken in a bowl with ice,Just turn the chicken for few times until both side were cooled.

Fish with Cheesy Cream of Corn and Veggies

Fish with Cheesy Cream of Corn and Veggies " This is a healthy,yummy and  easy to prepare dish and your family will love this. INGREDIENTS 1 pc of Cream Dory ( slice it 2 inch) 1 Can Jolly  Cream of Corn 1 Brocolli 1 Can of Jolly  Mushroom Champignons Dash of Salt and Pepper 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Oil for frying 2 tbsp Cornstarch 1 Egg PROCEDURE 1.Marinate the fish with salt,pepper and lemon juice.Leave it for 5 minutes 2. Dip the fish in egg then to cornstarch 3. Fry until golden brown.Set Aside 4.Heat a medium pan,add veg.oil and 1 tsp.butter 3.Saute mushroom and brocolli 4.Add the cream corn 5.Add a dash of Salt 6.Cook for 5-6 minutes 6.Arrange in a plate the fish and put on top the Cream of Corn Sauce and the vegtables I will be posting more of my recipe.

ADOBO PASTA ,Oohlala!!

Filipinos are well very well known for Adobo.  Even ordinary days or when we have  special occasion at home  we always have Adobo in the table. Same goes with Pasta. We really love Pasta,right? That's why I came to this idea,why not I combine my two favorite food, The Adobo and Pasta. You know , when I'm home with Chelsea we just do some stuff  so we don't get bored and one thing we love to do is staying In the kitchen Check out the recipe ! ADOBO PASTA ,Ohlala!!    Ingredients  200g  Sunshine (cooked according to package directions ) 1/4 cup Olive Oil salt and pepper to taste  1/4 grms of pork or chicken ( slice thinly ) 2 bulb of garlic 4 tbsp of Datu Puti soy sauce 3 tbsp of Datu Puti vinegar cup of water  1/2 tsp of brown sugar 1/2 tsp of roasted garlic PROCEDURE : 1. In a pan, add the ilive oil and thin slices of meat ( pork or chicken ),cook until golden brown on both side 2. Add garlic ,saute until fragrant.

I WON A BOX OF MEGA SARDINES BECAUSE OF THIS RECIPE !!

My daughter really likes pancake. Thats why i came to this idea of adding a sardines to her favorite pancake. This one also have vegetables.So it will be a healthy snacks for your little kiddos Healthy Veggie Pancake with Sardines Ingredients : 1can of Mega Sardines (Drained and                     reserve the sauce for later use) 1 pc onion (minced) 1/4 kilo cabbage ( shredded ) 2 stalks of leeks ( cut  1 pc egg 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar  1/2 tsp ground pepper 2 pcs bay leaf 1/4 cup grated cheese Oil for frying Procedure : *Batter*   You need a medium size bowl .  Put the flour,salt and sugar. Make a well in middle of the flour then add the egg.Add water and make sure to mix it well. *Pancake* 1.Use a small/medium frying pan 2. Saute the onion ,cook until become soft then add the MEGA SARDINES 3. Add the cabbage and leeks,cook until it become soft( so your kids can easily chew it).  4.

Steamed Pork and Sauteed Veggies

What's for dinner? How about Steamed Pork and Sauteed Veggies I'm a person that can't eat without vegetables. My husband really loves meat like pork and beef ,he is not much into chicken unless it is fried or roasted. Thats why I decides to prepare this meal for him. The meat on top of the rice is a Steamed Marinated Pork. Ingredients : * 250 grms of ground pork * 2 pcs of garlic * 4 tbsp Kikoman light soy sauce * 1 1/2 tbsp. Cream Pure Cornstarch * 1 tbsp olive oil/corn oil * 1 tbsp sesame oil * salt and pepper to taste *  leeks *  1 bellpepper *  1 medium size carrots *  5 pcs dried Shiitake Mushroom Procedure * Wash the ground meat and put it a bowl *  Add the chopped Dried Shiitake Mushroom * Add the soy sauce,salt,oil and cornstarch * Make sure to mix it properly . * You can steamed it on top of the rice ( make sure to put the ground pork when the rice is almost cook) or You can steam it in a steamer. Tuna Mushroom Omelette

    I always make sure not to overwhelmed my daughter when it comes to her lunchbox or else she will not eat it. I make sure to prepare a healthy meal that will give her energy to do her things in school. Here is one of my simple and easy but heathy baon meal. Jolly Mushroom Tuna Cheesy Omelette Serving: Good for 2 1 can Tuna Flakes (drained) 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 can Jolly Mushroom Champignons Salt Freshly ground black pepper 1 cup rice 1 Tbsp. ketchup  1 tsp. soysauce For Omelette 2 large egg 2 Tbsp. milk 1 Tbsp. olive oil 4 Tbsp. Grated Cheese Procedure: 1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan then add the Jolly Mushroom and Tuna flakes,cook for 2 minutes. 2. Add the rice then  ketchup, soy sauce,salt and pepper mix it well.Cook it for 5mins then transfer to a plate.
