Puerto Princesa: Paradise Regained

With safety protocols firmly enforced, Puerto Princesa is poised to again welcome tourists with open arms. In recent years, the highly urbanized city and tourist haven has been paralyzed by the Covid-19 pandemic, then pummeled by Typhoon Odette. Tourism Promotions Board Supports Film Tourism with " Cine Turismo"

The Philippines is known for its beauty and unique charisma. In 2013 and 2017 Palawan ranked as No.1 in Travel + Leisure World Best Island while Boracay landed on the 3rd spot. Filmmakers and other tourists were captivated by the hidden beauty of our beautiful islands. Not only once that foreign film was shot in the Philippines; Naked Weapon in 2002, some scene was shot in Subic, Zambales; Romantic Island starring Eugene and Lee Min Ki and directed by  Cheol-Woo Kang was shot in Boracay: Mango Tree directed by  Lee Soo-Sung was shot in Cebu.
