When I was still working in Hong Kong, one of my favorite holidays is the Chinese New Year. aside from the fact that it was an additional off from work for me, it was also an opportunity for me to enjoy a wide variety Chinese Delicacies. In this generation where most of the kids are technologically advanced, information is readily available for them in few taps on their mobile devices. to get at par with this, educators also need to evolve and use a more appropriate approach that would be effective in providing quality and effective ways of learning for this generation. Gold Seas Tuna Shepherd's Pie

Shepherds Pie is one of my favorite. It is one of the easy dishes that I can prepare for my family. The original recipe uses ground beef and vegetable but some people don't like meat in their food, just like my grandma, she only eats fish, fruits, and vegetables. Any kind of red meat is a nono for her. In this Shepherd's Pie, we replaced the ground beef with Tuna. Check out the complete recipe below. Yield: 1 9-inch pie pan Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins Tuna Filling Ingredients: 2 185g cans Gold Seas Yellowfin Tuna Chunks in Olive Oil 2 medium size onions (diced) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1 medium-sized carrot (diced) 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp cayenne pepper 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 can diced tomato 1 tbsp oil Salt Pepper Mashed Potato Ingredients: 3 Large Potatoes (peeled) ½ cup butter ¼ cup milk ¼ cup sour cream Salt Pepper   Tuna Filling
