I can still remember when I was a kid, when I visit our relatives during the Christmas vacation, I can see all their preparations from changing the curtains to a new one, new table cloth, place mats, and even door mats just to prepare for the expected visitors, no wonder us Filipinos has been tagged as very hospitable. So when I grew up, this kind of custom is something that I inherited from all of my relatives and family members,I make sure that the house is clean, all curtains are newly washed or replaced, so as table cloths and door mats, so whenever my dearest relatives and closest friends drop by, they can be welcomed with a fresh ambiance. Nutrition is very important for everyone, especially for soon-to-be moms. When I was pregnant, I was very conscious of my baby’s health and safety in my tummy. And I’m sure us parents agree that dietary and lifestyle choices have a great impact on the health of babies. But I've read that being too overprotected can cause more harm to the child, it increases the child anxiety when they are not allowed to overcome their fear. As a mom, one of the things that I have encountered with my daughter as she grows is being picky with what she ate. It was not easy and since I need to consider her health and nutrition I can not just give in to giving her what my daughter only wanted.I knew then that I needed to make a smart choice of giving her something that she will like and enjoy.
