The hunt for Chicky’s missing baby egg is over and this calls for a celebration!  It was not an easy task to find Chicky's missing  baby egg.Those who helped  find the egg location had to do some fun moves and other different task which led them closer to Chicky's baby egg. Chicky will be reunited with her baby at the TriNoma Activity Center on October 12, 2018. This reunion coincides with World Chicken and Egg Day in the Philippines, spearheaded by the leading Philippine-based farm-to-market poultry producer, Bounty Fresh. The whole “Chickenovela” began when everyone saw how Chicky was happy to share to everyone that she is going have another baby egg. While everyone was getting excited for that time when the egg is about to hatch, it went missing and Chicky got really worried. When you like something light and easy to prepare for lunch this Vegetarian Noodles is one of my recommendation. Vegetarian Noodles Ingredients: 1 small pack of Rice Vermicelli ( Sotanghon ) any brand 1 small petchay baguio ( cut 2-3 cm ) 2 stalk of Celery 1 small carrots ( julienne cut ) 8 pcs tenga ng daga ( soaked in warm water) 2-3 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1-2 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp olive oil 1/8 tsp brown sugar 3-4 pcs.of tokwa/tofu ( cut into cubes, 1 inch ) Oil for frying Procedure: 1.  In a small or medium size frying pan add 3 tbsp of olive oil 2. Fry the tofu until golden brown. Set Aside 3. In a medium size casserole. Add 1 -2 tbsp olive oil. Saute onion and garlic till translucent. Wait until you smell the nice aroma of the onion and garlic. 4. Add petchay baguio, celery, carrots, cooked add 1/2 cup of water. Let it boil 5. Add the Vermicelli rice ( Sotanghon ) wait until it get soft , add the Oyster sauce , sesame oil, pepper and 1/8 tsp brown sugar t

As a mom, one of the things that I have encountered with my daughter as she grows is being picky with what she ate. It was not easy and since I need to consider her health and nutrition I can not just give in to giving her what my daughter only wanted.I knew then that I needed to make a smart choice of giving her something that she will like and enjoy.
