#HealthierQC campaign aims to encourage healthier diet among youth

Due to busy schedule and fast face environment sometimes we rely on ordering foods from the nearest fast food restaurant which some are really unhealthy stuff. Unhealthy habit such as eating junk food, drinking to much sodas and other salthy foods can be dangerous to our health especially to kids. Last  Thursday, December 06, 2018 I was invited to witness the announcement of  Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista  about building a #healthierQC in a commitment to fight non-communicable diseases (NCDs), the leading cause of death in the world today.  It was held at FEU Diliman Quezon City. This initiative is in collaboration with Partnership for Healthy Cities (PHC), a global network of cities led by Michael R. Bloomberg, a World Health Organization (WHO) Global Ambassador for NCDs and former Mayor of New York City. The newest episode of Jollibee’s 14/29 Petsa de Peligro JolliSerye Series brings these two iconic performers together for a special holiday episode ‘Tis the season for Christmas parties—and impressive production numbers to liven up the festivities. In the latest episode of 14/29 Petsa de Peligro JolliSerye—Jollibee’s pioneering digital web series—the Happy Calendar House barkada is faced with another challenge that’s seemingly impossible to conquer during Petsa de Peligro. With VIP guests coming to the company’s Christmas party, and with all the party’s budget spent on decorations and lights and sounds, it got the barkada scrambling to find the best performers for the night’s entertainment. Good thing that Nina, the “kikay-diva ng Accounting” and the person in charge of planning the party, knows two singers who fit the bill: Christina Aguilar and Britney Fierce, friends from her college singing group. Played by Sarah Geronimo and Anne Curtis respectively, these two charac

Enjoy Seafood City Paluto All-You-Can for only Php 848 per pax

When someone says the word "dampa" the first thing that comes to everyones mind is seafood, but sadly not all seafood restaurants are the same, admit it or not, you may have some horror experiences to some "dampa" restaurants that you have dined-in wether it be the food, service, price or the place. This place brought another level to our usual dampa restaurant dining, from its interiors that will give you the cruise ship ambiance, and servers willing to peel the shrimp and crack the crabs for you, there will be no one stopping you and your tummy as you dive in the next level of seafood dining. That doesn't end there, with superb hygiene practices and facilities that are kept in pristine condition, you know that all the food that are served are fresh and safe.  The Restaurant has a brilliant way of satisfying your seafood cravings t
