plenty of Zumba at the My Healthier Place Fitness Fest at the BGC Amphitheatre,
Taguig.
The main goal of the said event is to show people how they can improve their
lifestyle while having fun, I can say that the weather was perfect for the said
the event, it was not too hot since it was a bit cloudy that day but it was just
right for participants that joined the Fitness Bootcamp, in which they have
initiated different routine exercises or cross fit that tested their patience,
agility and stamina.
During his short talk, the Anytime Fitness CEO Maurice Levine also showcased the people that achieved their fitness goals with the help of Anytime Fitness and its program, and how
a member can access other gyms around the world with only a key, he also
highlighted the determination of each individual to change for his/her own
fitness.
As the program runs, different raffles were also done which provided excitement
and fun for the attendees, different prizes were given away by the sponsors
which also made the program very interactive.
A fashion show was also held by Forever 21 and New Balance showcasing their new
athletic wears that suit everyone's needs for sportswear and gear
As the program further advances, Sabrina of Sabrina's Kitchens share her healthy
recipes using McCormick products.
one of the tips that I have learned today is that alkaline water is good for our
body especially in the morning which helps our body burn fats and a natural
source of it is from lemon water, but there's a trick, lemon makes water acidic
as you let it still, so the moment you squeeze that lemon to your water is the
best time for you to drink it since that contains the alkaline that can help
your body loses weight.
