Rep. Rida Robes: A Dedicated Mom and Breastfeeding Advocate

Breastfeeding is essential for your child's health and wellness, not only that breastmilk has the right nutrients that your child needs for them to build their immune system, it will also help their body fight viruses and bacteria.

Aside from being beneficial for your child, breastfeeding also benefits us, moms, as it reduces the risk of breast cancer and creates a deeper bond with our little one.



While not all moms have the ability to breastfeed their child due to medical reasons, this brings the need for more human milk banks in the country to reach all the moms who need support in giving their babies breastmilk.



In taking a step of making it possible, San Jose Del Monte Bulacan  Congresswoman Rida Robes who is also a breastfeeding supporter is planning to put up a human milk bank that will help mothers in Bulacan especially those with infants that are in emergencies that needs milk. This program will also encourage breastfeeding moms to donate their breast milk.

From the entire process of extraction, storage, pooling, and pasteurization up to the distribution are what is required to provide safe breastmilk to those in infants that are in need.



As a supporter of breastfeeding moms, it is a great opportunity to meet her in person, and with our short meet-up with her, a family-oriented and woman advocate Congresswoman is what I can describe her and with her plan of establishing a human milk bank in San Jose Del Del Monte.

Congresswoman Rida Robes champions the heart of her constituents with her long term plans for her district, no wonder she was awarded Huwarang Ina Awardee  "Outstanding Mother-Achiever" and  Women's Journal "Outstanding Women of the Year 2017".

From the newly built LGU operated Veterinary Hospital that provides free veterinary service  which is first in the country, the City College of San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, soon to rise  St. Bernadette Children's and Maternity Hospital that will make hospitalization accessible for the people of San Jose Del Monte and the Convention Center that can hold events and conferences for.
With her plans and achievements for San Jose Del Monte, the city is now earning the fruits of all their labor and deserves to be called as the "Rising City".

Dengue is Real, Keep Your Child Safe with OFF! Lotion

Our Family is always our top priority. It was September of 2015 when my daughter was hospitalized and turned out to be positive for Dengue, as a mom I was so scared. Nurses always come in to our room every 6 hours to get blood sample from my daughter for them to monitor her platelet count.  It was an unpleasant sight for me to see my daughter in that condition at her young age.
