Your Guide to New Stores and Food Spots at SM Supermalls in Mindanao

Every mall trip has its own reason: a café run, a shopping list, or a craving you've been putting off. This July, SM Supermalls is giving Mindanao shoppers a few more reasons to add to that list, with a fresh round of dining spots and lifestyle brands — some of them landing in SM for the very first time.

Here's what's new across SM malls in Mindanao.

Gashapon Bandai – SM CDO Downtown

Gashapon Bandai has opened on Level 3 of SM CDO Downtown, bringing capsule-toy culture to the city — anime characters, mini collectibles, and the small thrill of not knowing which one you'll get.

Comma Café – SM Lanang (Opening Soon)

Comma Café is set to open at Level 2 of SM Lanang, marking its first SM branch. Expect a laid-back spot built for casual catch-ups and quiet afternoons over well-made coffee and café staples.

Yappari – SM City Zamboanga

Yappari has opened on the Lower Ground Level of SM City Zamboanga, bringing its lava stone steak concept to the city for the first time. Premium cuts arrive on sizzling hot stones, so you cook each bite exactly how you like it.

Tong Yang – SM City Zamboanga

Tong Yang has also landed on Level 3 of SM City Zamboanga — its first branch in the city. Known for its all-you-can-eat hot pot and grill setup, it's built for groups who want to cook their own meats, seafood, and vegetables over shared broths.
