Chelsea needs to be in school by 8:45 in the morning, her class start by 9:00 am. That means I have to wake up early to prepare her school lunch box . But preparing an easy and nutritious meal that young kids like her would love is a challenge, a challenge that I really love. Crispy Hot Chicken Wings

I really like crispy and juicy fried Chicken . Here is really an easy and fast way to prepare a fried chicken wings. INGREDIENTS : 7 pcs of Chicken Wings 4 Tbsp. Curry Powder 1 1/2 Tbsp. Rock Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder 2 Tbsp. Soju 1/2 cup Cream Cornstarch Procedure: Clean the Chicken Wings and Pat I dry using a paper towel. Put the Chicken wings a bowl Add the Salt,Ground Black Pepper,Chili Powder,Curry Powder and Soju. Mix it well. Marinate it for 5- 10 minutes  Add the cornstarch  Heat oil for frying . Cook until golden brown. Serve it hot.
