Food Crawl: 4 Must-Try Restaurants in Westgate Alabang

In the name of food, our adventure will never stop. Another opportunity to visit Westgate, Alabang after almost a year and here I am again to indulge myself with the restaurants within Filinvest.

Here are some of the restaurants that I was able to visit during my food adventure in Westgate, Alabang.

So as we begin, Our first stop would be, Earth Origins.

Earth Origins

Started opening it's door to public last October 2017. It was a great place to buy organic products and to have a healthy meal everyday without making a hole in your pocket.

Interior designs sticks to the original concept of the owner and head chef of Earth Origins.

The restaurant has its own culinary team that works their wonder for the food that is being served. Reconfiguring your normal restaurant dishes into something healthier without compromising the taste.

The owner's mindset of preparing healthy meals that will be served to customer's the way he also wanted it to be served to his kids makes it more unique.

More than a restaurant, they also supply organic products in some well-known restaurants and also accepts
Delivery via ( Honest Bee ).

Neil's Kitchen

When I visited Neil's Kitchen last year, I was really hooked not only by their food but also with the ambiance of the place  which gives you that relaxing and feel-at-home  feeling and you can even read a book.   Isn't that amazing?!

Not to mention their idea of showcasing Filipino comfort food complementing the set-up of the restaurant that will definitely make you want to stay for more.

Butamaru

Butamaru means "pork circle". And as a specially ramen shop, their chef was even trained under Sugimura-san of the Menko Noodle Company in Japan, si this ensures you that you'll have that authentic taste and feel for every slurp of their delicious ramen!

You'll have varities that you can try.  From
Shiyo, Shoyu  to Curry Tantanmen Ramen, YoullY definitely enjoy your stay together with your meal and family or friends.

Alba's Restaurante Español

Has been in the food business since 1952, they have been well known for their Spanish cuisines in the Philippines. Founded by Don Anastacio Alba.

This restaurant will give you the one of a kind Spanish dining that will  give you the taste of what dining is like, the Spanish way.

I really recommend you to try their Paella when you visit this restaurant for you to see what I mean.

Nutri 10 Plus, Vitamins Perfect For Child's Growing Needs

Summer is already here. The temperature last week was 34°c and its getting hotter everyday. We have to open our windows to make sure that we won't get suffocated because of the heat. Summer is also the season of flu, bacteria that can cause cough and build up of phlegm. Kids should always be geared with proper protection. Their body needs protection from harmful diseases. That's why I was so thankful that I used Nutri 10 vitamins for my Chelsea. This is the kind of vitamins that she really need. For sure most of you know that Chelsea is a picky eater. She only eat if we have Sinigang or gravy that she put in her steamed rice. After taking Nutri 10 for almost a month now. I noticed some changes in her appetite and daily routine.  Before, Chelsea stays up until 2 am and wakes up around 11 am. Thankfully that routine changed and she also started to eat vegetables. As a mom I'm always worried because I know that she is not getting the right nutrients that her

A quick trip down holiday memory lane

Can you feel it? The cold breeze, holiday songs, festive decorations, and colorful lights and lanterns… it’s Christmas season, everybody! Filipinos are known to celebrate Christmas the longest – it starts with the BER months and ends in January. Along with parties and get-togethers, we also have different traditions to celebrate the yuletide season. Since I was a kid, I associated grapes and round fruits with the holiday season. My grandma used to buy a lot of grapes during the BER months and placed them on our table along with other fruits. The grapes were also hung on windows and doors to help bring in good fortune for the coming year. I remember her asking me who was eating the grapes as she noticed that they were slowly “disappearing” and I said it must have been my aunties and our cat. But… It was silly me all along, of course! My aunties ended up buying more, much to my delight.   For Christmas eve, my aunties and grandma would make their delicious fruit salad – a huge can of f
