Landlite Philippines Corporation Latest Lighting Design Trends for 2019

Landlite Philippines Corporation (LPC) the leading distributor of lighting fixtures and solutions in the Country, has revealed the key lighting design trends to look forward to this 2019: Eco-friendliness and sustainability, Multifunctionality, Mobility. Human-centeredness. Members of the media, industry partners, and their top clients had joined the showroom at the lustrous LuxDecor in Bonifacion Global City (BGC), Taguig.

LPC CEO Jocelyn Li shares the latest lighting design trends for the year 2019. This year the company focuses on three main priorities

  • Quality and Service
  • Evolving Trends, Design, and Innovation
  • Product Sustainability

Marc Nelson, a top host, was introduced as LPC’s newest brand ambassador who will appear in the company’s marketing campaigns and share news about LPC products and industry whereabouts.

Key lighting trends for 2019:

Eco-lighting – more and more, people are becoming more mindful about the environment particularly in waste reduction and recycling. Lighting products will also take part on this action to save Mother Earth.
Designed by Oiko Design Office for Faro Barcelono, the Hook portable eco-lamp has been optimized for all stages of their life cycle, reducing the environmental impact between 30 to 70 percent. Its housing was made entirely of recycled plastic, made free from harmful PVC (hazardous material evident in most wires and plugs).

Human-centric - Another lighting trend that is fast gaining adhesion is human-centric design. Advocates of this movement say that CCT shifting, which refers to the interrelated color temperature of LED bulbs, can help regulate day-by-day rhythms, moods, visual sharpness and one’s performance.
Bohman&Folenius created the Inviting Light for home lighting, whose main characteristic is how the light moves to complement you according to your different needs and moods. The head of the lamp adjusts both in its horizontal and vertical axis, while regulating light intensity, changes in color temperature, and has a dimmable feature.
Its various forms—table, wall or clip—allow for multiple  locations, such as shelving units, headboards, study and work desks, as well as in the kitchen.

Multi-functional - Nothing is perfect than being able to get the most value for your money. Most of the consumers these days preferred lighting solutions that can replace multiple pieces of equipment to save space especially to those who are residing in condominium units.
Thus, the stylish NIKO by Nahtrang—a homage to scientist and inventor Nikolai Tesla—has materialized. Two awesome objects in one: a lamp and mobile charger, with a surface on which we can charge our smartphone without cables getting in the way. With its Nordic design with dual purpose, NIKO is perfect for illuminating bedrooms and living rooms, and is a good choice for hotels.

Mobility – Perfectly designed for people who are always on the go, Take Away Lamp designed by Nahtrang addresses the need for mobility in lighting products. Taking inspiration from lanterns coupled with the versatility of Japanese ceramic bowls: small, light, cable-free, and itinerant—allowing it to be placed anywhere.
Landlite also took the opportunity to present its other range of lighting solutions: the Le Vita. It is the new collection of designer lights created by Nahtrang. Its design is delicate and simple, and combines the glass diffusor with the fine lines of its structure; the MOY – Bathroom wall light with LED technology designed by Nahtrang. MOY is a modern round light that provides a uniform light and is ideal for living rooms or busy areas. This bronze light can be installed as a ceiling light; the Cometa which allows for uniform and high-quality brilliance with anti-glare technology; and designer lamps inspired by different world cultures such as the Akane by Pepe Llaudet and the Aladino.

Tigdas/Measles: Mga Sintomas, Pagkain at Lunas

Nutri 10 Plus, Vitamins Perfect For Child's Growing Needs

Summer is already here. The temperature last week was 34°c and its getting hotter everyday. We have to open our windows to make sure that we won't get suffocated because of the heat. Summer is also the season of flu, bacteria that can cause cough and build up of phlegm. Kids should always be geared with proper protection. Their body needs protection from harmful diseases. That's why I was so thankful that I used Nutri 10 vitamins for my Chelsea. This is the kind of vitamins that she really need. For sure most of you know that Chelsea is a picky eater. She only eat if we have Sinigang or gravy that she put in her steamed rice. After taking Nutri 10 for almost a month now. I noticed some changes in her appetite and daily routine.  Before, Chelsea stays up until 2 am and wakes up around 11 am. Thankfully that routine changed and she also started to eat vegetables. As a mom I'm always worried because I know that she is not getting the right nutrients that her

A quick trip down holiday memory lane

Can you feel it? The cold breeze, holiday songs, festive decorations, and colorful lights and lanterns… it’s Christmas season, everybody! Filipinos are known to celebrate Christmas the longest – it starts with the BER months and ends in January. Along with parties and get-togethers, we also have different traditions to celebrate the yuletide season. Since I was a kid, I associated grapes and round fruits with the holiday season. My grandma used to buy a lot of grapes during the BER months and placed them on our table along with other fruits. The grapes were also hung on windows and doors to help bring in good fortune for the coming year. I remember her asking me who was eating the grapes as she noticed that they were slowly “disappearing” and I said it must have been my aunties and our cat. But… It was silly me all along, of course! My aunties ended up buying more, much to my delight.   For Christmas eve, my aunties and grandma would make their delicious fruit salad – a huge can of f
