Admit it or not but with almost a year of quarantine, we look forward to doing those things that we usually do before the pandemic started. One of those is dining out at our favorite restaurant or exploring new ones.
In compliance with all the health protocols, Dining at the Skypark gives you a safe and unique dining experience that you will surely enjoy.
The #DineAtTheSkypark is a dedicated space located on the 5th floor of SM Aura; Giving you a scenic overlook and under-the-sky ambiance complimenting the murals created by the dedicated artist of Boysen Philippines while enjoying your favorite food from different restaurants.
Just Recently. I had a first-hand experience at Dining at the Skypark after almost a year of staying at home, and I can say that it is worth the visit. They have allotted specialized gazebos that comply with social distancing for you to dine and take IG-worthy selfies of your food and the scenic background.
I also had the opportunity to try the different restaurants in the vicinity, and today I will be sharing some reviews for it.
First on our list is Mesa. Offering traditional Filipino cuisine, Mesa provides a wide range of Filipino favorites, from all-time favorite Sisig, Sinigang, Nilaga, Laing, and Mesa braised beef Kare-kare. Flipino comfort foods that make you feel at home, even away at home. They also offer set meals that are perfect for sharing.
Next on our list is Yabu: House of Katsu. If you are craving Authentic Japanese Katsu, this is the place for you. Aside from their delicious and crispy Katsu that you will surely want more, wait until you try their Kastu Baos, which will get you hooked on every bite.
For our next restaurant, we have Tamarind. This restaurant offers authentic Thai cuisine and is also known for its vegan food options; Their Pad Thai, spring rolls, and curry are only the tip of the iceberg here at Tamarind. Their salted egg spare ribs with sriracha and Tom Yum will surely put a smile on your face and say Aroi! (delicious).
I know you are still hungry, so we still have more restaurants on our food trip. Our next restaurant is Tuan Tuan Chinese Brasseire. Their menu consists of Hong Kong and Macau dishes in a modern way with a French flair. Their Crispy Barbecued Pork Snow Buns is a winner, with a soft and crumbly dome that is light and airy, filled with meaty pieces of pork Asado with a balance of sweet and savory exploding on your mouth on every bite.
After exploring the flavors-of-Asia, we now go Meditteranean with Hummus Elijah, tagged as the best Hummus and Falafel in the Philippines. You will surely enjoy the vast Meditteranean taste with their Shakshuka, Hummus Plate, Falafel, and their Meditteranean and Tabule salad.
Next on our list is none other than Barcino. The Latin word for Barcelona, the capital of the Catalan community in Spain. This restaurant keeps true to its origins, offering selected wines, premium cheeses, and delectable Spanish deli.
