Cetaphil Baby: The perfect product for babies gentle skin




Babies skin are really soft and delicate. That's why mother's like us should be careful with the product that we use for our  babies.

Some babies become irritable and cranky because of some skin irritation. Maybe our babies look fine but their skin are not.


Special Newborn Problems

  • Increased tendency to injury 
  • Increased in photosensitivity
  • Increased  susceptibility to irritants

Some parents are confused with products that are labeled " for babies" assuming that it is safe and non-toxic to use for babies.



During the 5th day of #7Daysof Cetaphil I asked the doctor if its still safe to use a soap bar for babies and kids 0-5 years old since Chelsea also has sensitive skin.

Dr. said that she thinks its still safe to use soap to babies if their skin is not sensitive but she advise that it's better to use the one that is safe and non-toxic baby gentle cleanser like Cetaphil Baby.

Why not use soap?

  • Skin has a normal pH of 5.5 - 6.5 and most soaps that are available in the market have a high alkaline pH 9.5 - 11 

What are the adverse effects of using Soap
  • Skin irritation ( erythema, edema )
  • Reduction of moisture and softness of the skin
  • Damage to the barrier function of the skin
  • Increased susceptibility to irritants

Nung baby pa si bunso may skin allergy sya, i tried different kinds of baby soap and sa cetaphil baby lang nahiyang si bunso. Mas naging smooth, healthy and hindi narin bumalik ang skin allergy nga ngayon. Kaya i trust cetaphil when it comes to my baby. Actually gamit ko din sya sa face ko and sa eldest ko para kang nag face lotion after mong maghilamos. Super sulit!

Gumagamit po ng cetaphil lotion si baby kasi meron po syang skin asthma,nangangati kpag nakakain ako ng malansa nadedede po kasi nya, niresetahan sya ng doctor kaya lang paubos na naman,gusto ko po sana may try nya yung soap kaso pricey po kasi😊

Nasubukan ko po ang cetaphil once nung binigyan ako ng mga samples ng co mommy ko. Ung anak ko po kasi madalas sya magkaroon ng rashes lalo na sa face nya. Hinanap ko yung cause and sa soap nga na gamit nya. Medyo harsh pala good thing natry ko ang cetaphil. Kaya kapag may sobra sa budget yan ang binibili kong soap for my babies. Now na preggy ako yan padin ang gusto kong soap na gagamitin for bunso.

Actually momshie i wasn't tried cetaphil, pero gustong gusto ko talaga matry ang cetaphil sa dami ng good reviews, gusto ko siya matry para sa baby ko, to tell you honestly we can't afford to buy cetaphil, i was always join to the promo of cetaphil para maexperience din ng baby ko, sabi nga nla super effective, super bango and super na nkkacure and protect tlga ng skin ang cetaphil, i was so happy na may ganito po kayong papromo ni cetaphil, thank you mommy for the chance

I agree with Ms. Kaye Abad na talagang medyo may kamahalan siya pero safe lalo na sa mga sensitive skin like my daughter. Madali siyang mangati kapag gumamit ng ibang soaps. I've tried both the Cetaphil soap & cleanser but I prefer yung cleanser kse mas mtipid syang gamitin.

Hindi pa ko nakatry nito sa mga anak ko momshie.. Yung panaglawa at panganay ko soap na ang gamit nila kaya pala medyo dry na ang skin nila lalo na sa pangalawang anak ko.. Sobrang taas pala ng Alkaline PH ng soap kaya siguro ganun.. Sa bandang legs niya may skin irritation siya kung anu anu ointment ginamot ko hindi padin natangal.. Thank you momshie sa information na ito.. I will buy this Cetaphil Baby para sa mga anak ko mag switch din ako nito.. 😊😊

I want to try it for my baby kuya shan sensitive skin.. He always have itchy moment.Doctor say it was. Soap i used.. So palit. Na naman kami ng brand but still ganon padin po.. We know naman po cetaphil is pricey.. Kaya. Di po ako nakakabili. Pa

I Tried cetaphil for my babies and i saw the great results already. It makes their skin healthy, smooth and rash free. Though it's a bit pricey for moms who's on a tight budget, cetaphil is really worth the price. But you know, matipid din syang gamitin and sulit naman ang pera mo, after all this if for baby naman and wag natin tipirin ang mga anak natin, right? We love cetaphil.

Super love namin ang cetaphil ito ang nakapag pagaling sa skin problems namin ng babies ko. First time palang na gumamit kami nito, (recommended by a co parent) nanotice ko agad ang effect nya. Mas gumaling agad yung rashes ng baby ko and mas naging smooth pa. I have no worries na because andyan ang cetaphil.

Cetaphil has always been a staple in our household ever since the pitter patter of little feet blessed us with their presence. It’s number one recommended by our pediatrician and it’s the only soap i use for my babies’ sensitive and tender skin. Ako po I personally use Cetaphil for my baby kasi it is a product with no harsh chemical... Before po I am using a product that had so much fragrance and it gives a bad reaction toy Baby's skin leaving it with red marks on it... Then un nga Sabi ng pedia sensitive Ang skin ni Baby Kaya dapat mild products lang ginagamit...

Gusto kong I-try ang Cetaphil Baby. I’ve heard and read a lot of reviews about it at gusto ko talagang i-try kaya lang (medyo) hindi kasi pasok sa budget namin. I have kids also na would want them to give a best solution on the dryness of their skin. So I hope I could have one and experience the goodness on baby (and my kid’s) skin, too! ����

reseta po sa baby ko cetaphil baby products kase may skin problem sya pero hanggang ngaun wala pa rin nabibili ang mahal kase di kaya maisingit sa budget lalo mahal, na lahat, bilihin 350/day, sahod asawa ko may 2mons old pa kami kaya kahit gustuhin ko, man, bumili di kaya sana mapili,ako para sa baby ko

I am using Cetaphil Baby for my daughter because I have a sensitive skin and I fear she have it to. Just to protect her from all possible effects of other soap. I decided to use a trustworthy product for my baby skin and that is Cetaphil Baby. #CetaphilBaby #7DaysofCetaphil #MyCetaphilSkin

I personally use Cethaphil because I have a Psoriasis, napaka sensitive ng skin ko at tanging Cethaphil lang ang kasundo kaya simula ng mahiyang ako sa Cethaphil ito na ang ginagamit ko pati sa mga anak ko ipinapagamit ko na ito dahil iniiwasan kong matrigger sa kanila ang Psoriasis, hindi ko kasi alam kung may magmamana ba sila sa akin (wag sana) o hindi kaya mas magandang iprevent ko na lang na mangyari yun by choosing a product that surely can protect my children's delicate skin.

Sa first baby ko i halos lahat ata ng baby soap naitry ko na. He's skin is super sensitive. Nagmana kasi sya sakin na may skin asthma. Kaya ultimo na sabon na may milk ingredient ayaw ng balat niya. I tried JnJ pero nagkakaron syang butlig sa noo. Lactacyd ganun din. Kaya nung nalaman kong my baby wash na ang Cetaphil bumili agad ko. Kaya naman si first baby ay Cetaphil user up until now he is 2. Because of his sensitive skin kasi nakalbo sya nung 3mos old sya. Buti nga ngaun bumalik na. Thats why Nagstick na ako sa Cetaphil. I also love the smell. It last longer at ung skin ay napakasoft. Ang sarap yakapin. :) Even now on my second child, Cetaphil user pdin.

Na try ko n po momshie isang beses yung cetaphil baby wash kaso di na naulit dahil sa budget may kamahalan as compare sa baby soap na pwede na rin nman.Until now n nabasa ko to so pwd pa din nman ito na gagamitin ko sa anak ko.

Hi hindi po cetaphil user si baby pero ung pamangkin ko cetaphil user and effective po sya pra sa mga sensative skin like nung sa pamangkin ko si baby di pa naman nagiinarts ang skin nya hehe pero gusto ko to itry sa baby ko. Ma experience man lang mag cetaphil ehehehe

I am so satisfied using this on my daughter skin..before kc nagkaroon sya ng mga red spots sa buong katawan nya and i'm glad na ito ung product na ni-recommend ng pediatrician sakin. Super effective tong Cetaphil, I realy love this 'coz its hypoallergenic..tried many diffirent products but Cetaphil works wonders for her skin.It's ideal for sensitive skin,smells so good and my baby's skin is great after a bath. Definitely recommend it to other friends and family with younger children or other kids with irritable skin conditions.

I would love to try this product.Why?..Because my husband was a blue baby when he was born,said his mother and via cesarean section because she gave birth to him at the age of 35 yrs.old.He had dengue signs when he was 7 yrs.old and since then until now he had food allergies like seafoods.And allergic to heat he got rashes on the neck and arms.
The thing here is when our first child came via normal delivery all tests are normal,even the new born screen8ng is normal but when she exposed to heat she immediately got rashes on her neck and arms just like her father (my husband).She easily got bitten by mosquito also that turns into bite marks,she has fair skinned just like her dad that just makes me sad cause bite marks by mosquito can be seen on her skin visible.Thats why I want this to try Cetaphil on her.I heared many good reviews about this.

A quick trip down holiday memory lane

  Can you feel it? The cold breeze, holiday songs, festive decorations, and colorful lights and lanterns… it’s Christmas season, everybody! Filipinos are known to celebrate Christmas the longest – it starts with the BER months and ends in January. Along with parties and get-togethers, we also have different traditions to celebrate the yuletide season. Since I was a kid, I associated grapes and round fruits with the holiday season. My grandma used to buy a lot of grapes during the BER months and placed them on our table along with other fruits.
