The Kitchen Mom Top 10 Restaurant of 2017

2017 has been a roller coaster ride for me, it has been tough but I  still managed and it made me stronger, even with the ups and downs I still feel so blessed that I was able to try and taste all the dishes of well-known restaurants in the country. But for now here is the Kitchen Mom Top 10 Restaurant of 2017.


1. Crystal Dragon City of Dreams



One of the best place for me.I still remember how I enjoyed the sumptuous lunch at Crystal Dragon. They serve a welcome drink which is a combination of Puer and Oolong Tea with Dried Rose Petal Jelly. Crystal Dragon was recognized as one of the Top 20 Restaurant in Manila, They serve the Traditional Cantonese Cuisine.

 2. Niel's Kitchen at Westgate, Alabang



This place is popular for its Filipino comfort food with a modern twist. Even the singer-actor Martin Rivera has a special dish that is only available only here at Neil's Kitchen.  Aside from the food the place and the ambiance is really worth to be posted on Instagram.

3.  The Black Pig in Commerce Center Alabang



The Black Pig is a modern European restaurant located at Commerce Center Alabang. they dont have any specialty dishes. Everyday Chef Carlos makes sure to fascinate diners with the menu of the day.This place is great for a gastronomical fusion.

4. Kessaku in Commerce Center Alabang



I just visited this Japanese restaurant in Alabang a few weeks ago before Christmas. I can say that this is one of the best here in the south area. I recommend California maki, Yakitori platter, Wagyu Beef Cube.

5. Vask Tapas Room in BGC, Taguig




Vask Tapas Room is a European restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. They're specialized in Traditional and Modern Spanish cuisine which is meticulously prepared by their Executive Chef Jose Luis  Gonzales. They use Australian Grass Fed Beef.  I highly recommend the Smoked Beef tartare and their Steaks.

 6. Carpaccio Italiano Ristorante, Makati


This place serves authentic Italian dishes. They have the finest wines and make sure to serve only the high quality of salads, pasta, and their Australian grass-fed beef dishes. Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano is located at Yakal St. San Antonio Village, Makati City.

7. Alba's Restaurante Espanol at Westgate Alabang


    Alba's is been in the business since 1952, founded by Don Anastacio  Alba. This place is well-            known for south people for their  Traditional Spanish dishes. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Manila Life Cafe by Marriott Manila is a new place to hang-out for travelers at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal ( NAIA 3 ). This cafe offers a wide variety of Filipino favorite food that was enhanced to fit the taste of the modern generation.

9. Gangnam Wings at SM Megamall 




Indulge and enjoy the Authentic taste of Korean Fried Chicken at Gangnam Wings. It is one of the Korean Resto Pub that was recognized and received an award for the Best tasting Korean   Fried Chicken here in the Philippines.


10. Matis Meat and Bread at Filinvest, Muntinlupa

Mati's Meat and Bread is a casual dining restaurant that is perfect for a family weekend lunch out or dinner. The Mama's Buffalo wings are best to order for the young ones. I recommend the 4 cheese pizza and the Wagyu Beef Rib Eye.

Dengue is Real, Keep Your Child Safe with OFF! Lotion

Our Family is always our top priority. It was September of 2015 when my daughter was hospitalized and turned out to be positive for Dengue, as a mom I was so scared. Nurses always come in to our room every 6 hours to get blood sample from my daughter for them to monitor her platelet count.  It was an unpleasant sight for me to see my daughter in that condition at her young age.
