Sumptuous Lunch at Crystal Dragon City of Dreams Manila

Crystal Dragon - Crown Towers Manila Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato

Crystal Dragon is one of the signature restaurant hiding in the gigantic and luxurious walls of City of Dreams Manila. This restaurant is very well known for its' Traditional Cantonese Cuisine. It was awarded as one of the Top 20 restaurants in the Philippines. Crystal Dragon promises to give their diners a premium Cantonese fine dining.

I was one of the invited guests to try their A La Carte Menu using Australian Grass Fed Beef, as we all know grass fed beef is the healthier version of beef. It is rich in Omega 3+ fatty acid and Omega 6+ and it also has fewer calories.

Before we go the main dish, of course, Crystal Dragon sticks to their way of giving their diners a nice and memorable dining experience.

Diners are given welcome tea, it's a combination of Puer and Oolong Tea with Dried Rose Petal and the jelly was also made from Rose Petal.

Appetizer

3 Steamed Cantonese Dim Sum
"They had me on their Dim Sum! "
The taste, the preparation, and the plating were totally amazing and I loved it. You don't need to dip it in the sauce, just by itself, the dim sum is already delicious enough to crave for more.

This Wok Fried Turnip Cake is perfect as an appetizer by adding a little kick of spiciness on it.

Baby Bok Choy with Garlic
Bokchoy is perfectly cooked and topped with roasted garlic.

Crystal Dragon also offers Australian Grass Fed Beef Special. This exclusive A LA Carte menu which is available until August 23rd is one of the creations of Chef de Cuisine Chan Koo Kean. He combined the traditional Cantonese and Chinese cooking techniques to make an exceptional dishes using Australian Grass Fed Beef

Smoked Tea Beef Short Ribs Served with Pickles and Fried Homemade Bun
The Beef was so tender that you can make it like a pulled pork and use it as a filling for their Homemade bun. It goes perfectly well with the Pickles.

Crispy Crystal Beef Rump Sliced with Manuka Honey
I've been to other well know Cantonese Restaurant but this is the first time to try this dish. The Beef was crispy and easy to chew. This dish is one of my favorite and will be the one of the reasons to visit Crystal Dragon again.

Wok- Fried Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin with Asparagus in Sichuan Pepper Sauce
These chunk of Beef Tenderloin are so flavorful.  I was able to finish a 3-4 slice of it and some asparagus.

Pan- Fried Grass-fed Sirloin Rolled with Enoki Mushrooms in Barbeque Sauce.
The beef was really tender and it goes well with the Barbeque Sauce.

Dessert

Mango Sphere Coconut Mousse
This dessert looks really cute and appetizing. At first, I thought it was an egg yolk, silly of me. It was a bright yellow in color Mango in the middle with some almond jelly, desiccated coconut and coconut cream on it. It was an awesome treat for a dessert lover like me.

My overall experience was memorable. Indeed it was a luxurious dining experience. It will be a great place to bring your family to have a wonderful bonding moment or a client that you eager to get.

The foods are worth the money and visit. This is one of the best Cantonese Restaurant I've visited here in Asia. The meat that they used is a superior quality.  I suggest that you visit and try it for yourself.

The service was exceptional. The staff is very accommodating, they know what the food they serve, they give a simple introduction in every dishes before they put it on the table. The staff is well trained.

Chef Bong is very charismatic. A professional chef with a sense of humor. Would love to try his other original and unique dishes.

The interior of Crystal Dragon which is mostly gold in color which gives the restaurant more luxurious look not to mention that it was filled with imperial Chinese decor.

Tigdas/Measles: Mga Sintomas, Pagkain at Lunas

Nutri 10 Plus, Vitamins Perfect For Child's Growing Needs

Summer is already here. The temperature last week was 34°c and its getting hotter everyday. We have to open our windows to make sure that we won't get suffocated because of the heat. Summer is also the season of flu, bacteria that can cause cough and build up of phlegm. Kids should always be geared with proper protection. Their body needs protection from harmful diseases. That's why I was so thankful that I used Nutri 10 vitamins for my Chelsea. This is the kind of vitamins that she really need. For sure most of you know that Chelsea is a picky eater. She only eat if we have Sinigang or gravy that she put in her steamed rice. After taking Nutri 10 for almost a month now. I noticed some changes in her appetite and daily routine.  Before, Chelsea stays up until 2 am and wakes up around 11 am. Thankfully that routine changed and she also started to eat vegetables. As a mom I'm always worried because I know that she is not getting the right nutrients that her

A quick trip down holiday memory lane

Can you feel it? The cold breeze, holiday songs, festive decorations, and colorful lights and lanterns… it’s Christmas season, everybody! Filipinos are known to celebrate Christmas the longest – it starts with the BER months and ends in January. Along with parties and get-togethers, we also have different traditions to celebrate the yuletide season. Since I was a kid, I associated grapes and round fruits with the holiday season. My grandma used to buy a lot of grapes during the BER months and placed them on our table along with other fruits. The grapes were also hung on windows and doors to help bring in good fortune for the coming year. I remember her asking me who was eating the grapes as she noticed that they were slowly “disappearing” and I said it must have been my aunties and our cat. But… It was silly me all along, of course! My aunties ended up buying more, much to my delight.   For Christmas eve, my aunties and grandma would make their delicious fruit salad – a huge can of f
