 I usually have a simple meal during weekdays but during the weekend I always make sure to prepare something new and exciting food for the family to try. Found this great new pizza recipe. TUNA PIZZA Ingredients: • 1 185g can Gold Seas Tuna Chunks in Herb and Garlic • 1 small can corn kernels • 50 g canned black beans, drained • 1 small red bell pepper, sliced thinly • 1 small red onion, sliced thinly • 2 tsp cilantro, chopped • 1/2 tsp chili powder • 1/2 tsp cumin powder • 1 piece lime, juiced and zested • Salt and Pepper • 1 large pizza dough or Flour • Tortilla • 170g easy-melt Cheese Procedure: 1. Pre-heat oven 425 degrees. 2 . In a medium bowl, add tuna with a bit of oil from the can. Break up with a fork until shredded. 3. Add black beans, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, lime zest, and juice. Toss and season with salt and pepper. 4. Put mixture on pizza dough. And now us Filipinos have another source of national pride as FWD Life Philippines representative Louie Sangalang conquered the FWD North Pole Marathon, the world’s coolest marathon. Louie Sangalang is a multi-sport athlete and also the first Filipino cancer survivor to conquer the FWD North Pole Marathon. The marathon that was held last April 16  on a 42-kilometer path in a terrain with temperature ranging from negative 30 to negative 33 degrees centigrade. The Filipino spirit, having finished the race in 11 hours and four minutes amid severe weather conditions. 62 participants from 23 countries took part in the marathon, which marked the second year of FWD’s title sponsorship and the first region-wide participation of 11 FWD-sponsored runners, dubbed FWD Team Asia.
