My own version of Kung Pao using Clara OLe Kung Pao Pasta Sauce

In this dish I use Clara Ole Kung Pao Pasta Sauce  guys.. One thing I like about Clara Ole Sauces ,there is no MSG..  This is a very simple and easy to prepare dish. Preparation Time : 20 minutes Cooking time :  15 minutes Cost : Php :118.00 Serving : Good for 6 person     Ingredients : 1. 1 pc. of Chicken Breast ( Cut into cubes ) 2. 1 pc. of Red.Onion ( chopped )  3. 5 pcs. of red chillies       * you can adjust the amount of red chillies. If you don't want it to be too spicy you can just put 2 pcs. of it. 4. 1  Whole Sweet Corn 5. 2 cups of String Beans 6.  Clara Ole KUNG Pao Pasta Sauce     PROCEDURE : 1 .  You have to marinate the chicken.Add  2tbsp of Kikoman Soysauce, 1/2 tsp of Brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp of Cornstarch, 1 tsp of sesame oil, a dash of salt and pepper.Marinate it for 15 minutes. 2. Grandma's Fish Steak Recipe

My grandma really loves to cook but she doesn't eat meat ( pork and beef ). That's why I always remembered her homecooked meal using fish as the main ingredient. This is one of my favorite na niluluto ng Nanay Taba. Sharing you the recipe guys! Hope you like it .                        FISH  STEAK INGREDIENTS * 1Whole MilkFish ( Bangus ) * 3 pcs. Red Onion ( Sibuyas)  * 3 pcs. Ripe Tomatoes (Kamatis) * 1/2 cup Clamansi Juice or 15 pcs. of Calamansi *Bunch of Kintsay *4 tbsp of SilverSwan Soy sauce * Baguio Oil for frying * Water * Salt and Pepper  Procedure: 1. Linisan ang Bangus at hiwaan sa parteng likod. Pahiran ng asin. 2 . Hiwain ang sibuyas, Kamatis at Kintsay. Lagyan ng konting asin at paminta. 3. Kuhanin ang Bangus at ilagay ang kalahati ng pinagsamasama na Kamatis ,sibuyas at Kintsay sa loob ng Bangus. 4. Itabi ang natirang palaman 5. Gumamit ng frying pan or kawali. Hainan Chicken and Ginger Sauce

This dish is one of my favorite na niluluto ng Nanay.For me ito ang isa sa mga pinkadabest.Kaya naman I make sure na pinanood ko sya talaga habang niluluto nya to. I remembered how we finished yung buong kaldero ng Hainan rice and Hainan Chicken. So I'm sharing this to you guys. Ingredients : 7 pcs of Monterey Chicken Thighs 3 Tbsp of Salt Green Onions 1 cup Ginger 10 lemongrass 5 Cups of Water 4tbsp of Knorr Chicken Powder Procedure : 1. Season  the chicken with salt  2 .Use a big pot and put in the  water . 3. Add in  the Chicken,Ginger,Onions,GreenOnions,Lemongrass 4. . Bring to  boil for about 30 minutes and then immediately turn the heat to low to keep a simmer . 5. Add 4 tbsp of Knorr Chicken Powder You’ll see some brown things on top of the boiling water.That's dirt,so you have to remove it.  4.After 1 hour,Turn oFF the heat and transfer the Chicken in a bowl with ice,Just turn the chicken for few times until both side were cooled.

Steamed Pork and Sauteed Veggies

What's for dinner? How about Steamed Pork and Sauteed Veggies I'm a person that can't eat without vegetables. My husband really loves meat like pork and beef ,he is not much into chicken unless it is fried or roasted. Thats why I decides to prepare this meal for him. The meat on top of the rice is a Steamed Marinated Pork. Ingredients : * 250 grms of ground pork * 2 pcs of garlic * 4 tbsp Kikoman light soy sauce * 1 1/2 tbsp. Cream Pure Cornstarch * 1 tbsp olive oil/corn oil * 1 tbsp sesame oil * salt and pepper to taste *  leeks *  1 bellpepper *  1 medium size carrots *  5 pcs dried Shiitake Mushroom Procedure * Wash the ground meat and put it a bowl *  Add the chopped Dried Shiitake Mushroom * Add the soy sauce,salt,oil and cornstarch * Make sure to mix it properly . * You can steamed it on top of the rice ( make sure to put the ground pork when the rice is almost cook) or You can steam it in a steamer.
