Shrimp and Brocolli Pasta with Lemon

Pasta has been one of the dish that us Filipinos love and admit it or not we also love to create our own pasta dishes at home that we can share to our family and friends Pasta is one of the dish or snacks at home. There are different kind of pasta sauce, some are using white sauce, red sauce, pesto sauce and other sauces for pasta but are you aware that we can also make an amazing pasta dish using lemons as the sauce. Lemons are the good source of vitamins C, vitamin A, Vitamin E, zinc, calcium, iron, protein and other nourishing elements. Lemons contain antioxidant and cancer-fighting properties. Last week, I was invited to be one of the finalists of  Shopwise The Big  Cook-Off Challenge held at Shopwise, Sucat. The theme was " Pasta Around the world". We are asked to make our own pasta recipe. That was the first time I cooked the Shrimp and Broccoli Pasta with Lemons. This recipe is good for 2-3 persons.
