Kimchi is always serve as side dish in every korean food. Its like the atshara or bagoong that Filipino love. I enjoyed eating kimchi with rice and pancakes, I decided to make myvown version of a homade kimchi though it's not like the original taste of the Authentic Kimchi, I can say it's the same taste with the one you can buy in the supermarket. Ingredients : 1 small napa cabbage 1/4 salt Water 3 cloves grated garlic 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon sugar 1 to 2 tablespoons of water 1 to 5 tablespoons red pepper Scallions or Onion chives Procedure : 1.Cut the cabbage lengthwise and remove the cores. Cut each quarter crosswise into 2-inch-wide strips. 2.Place the cabbage and salt in a large bowl.
