Persimmons and Reduce the Sign of Aging

What is one of your favorite fruit? Does anyone of you like the taste of Persimmon? I started eating Persimmon I think that was 2008 when i was in HongKong. For some reason i begin to like the taste of it.I  bought it for 5HKD for 5 pcs,its more cheaper when its already very ripe at that time. Now you can buy Persimmon in some Supermarket. I think its because I like watching Korean TV Series and Korean Movies that s why i begun to that fruit. So what are the benefits of eating this fruit? The Start :)

I started to have this interest for cooking when i was 10 years old,I think. My mom is an OFW,so i grew up with my grandmother.I love all the dishes my nanay taba( she's my lola) cook for us.She never failed to amazed me.I dont ask her to teach how to cook,What I do is to remember all the ingredients and the taste of it. Now im ** yrs old( Lets keep it secret,for now ,hahha!)I enjoy eating and because of that I really enjoy cooking and experimenting . This is my 1st day making my own blog. Later will post some of the food that i cook and the story behind it. Ooppsss..its almost 5:00 in the morning,need to get some sleep first or else i will look like a Panda. Goodmornyt!!
