Gelare Airless Ice Cream from Australia is now in the Philippines

I remember when I was a kid, when someone says Ice cream, I'll be the first one to be there, well who does not love ice cream anyways, there may be few but I guess they're missing the best part of their life.

But, do you know? that with the regular ice cream that we grew up contains 50% air, no wonder it's gone with few licks lol. Do you know that there is a famous Ice cream called Gelatos that only contains 25% air, pretty amazing right? But, you think that's the best? well, here comes Gelare Ice Cream, the ice cream that is airless! now that is totally awesome!

Gelare is Australia's most-loved dessert cafe. It was founded in Australia in 1986 and has been palates for over 20 years and counting. Presently, it continues to capture the society's penchant for gourmet dessert in Perth and Brisbane, Australia.Founded by Mr. Farid Torabi, It has over 50 branches spread across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

So, where does the word Gelare came from? Well, Gelare is an Italian word that means "to freeze" or "congeal", which is the final step in the ice cream making process, now that makes sense!. With this being said, the most exciting part is that Gelare offers 24 staple ice cream flavors that you can choose from, with notable flavors like Blueberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter Cup and Honey Malt.

They Also have 5 flavors of Vegan and Halal certified ice cream such as Banana Caramel Swirl, Lychee lane Sorbet, Mango passion Sorbet, Lemon Lime Sorbet and for matcha lovers out there, they have Matcha Green Tea.

Making your experience escalate to the next level is Gelare's waffle which can be enjoyed both sweet and savory, perfectly crisp on the outside yet light and fluffy on the inside.

But if you think this only ends with ice cream, you got it all wrong, they also have their Buttermilk Chicken; juicy Chicken fillet that's battered and deep fried to perfection, not to mention their waffle with Sliced Beef & Gravy; richly flavored and tender.

Want more? why not try their coffee, Gelare offers robust coffee experience whether hot or cold. They also offer to-die-for Affogato customizable with your choice of ice cream flavor. Non-coffee drinker? you can indulge in their smoothies such as Mango Mango and Merry Berries and you can also go all-out with their Rich Milkshakes with your choice of ice cream.

With everything that I said about Gelare, I bet now, you wanted to go and enjoy your own Gelare ice cream and wondering where to go and get one. Well, worry no more coz Gelare has landed in the Philippines with its flagship store located in 3rd level Uptown, BGC with its serene interior perfect for relaxation. A place where you can just leave all your stress behind and another branch are about to open in Nuvali soon! You can also watch for more of their updates on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/GelarePH/.

Tigdas/Measles: Mga Sintomas, Pagkain at Lunas

Nutri 10 Plus, Vitamins Perfect For Child's Growing Needs

Summer is already here. The temperature last week was 34°c and its getting hotter everyday. We have to open our windows to make sure that we won't get suffocated because of the heat. Summer is also the season of flu, bacteria that can cause cough and build up of phlegm. Kids should always be geared with proper protection. Their body needs protection from harmful diseases. That's why I was so thankful that I used Nutri 10 vitamins for my Chelsea. This is the kind of vitamins that she really need. For sure most of you know that Chelsea is a picky eater. She only eat if we have Sinigang or gravy that she put in her steamed rice. After taking Nutri 10 for almost a month now. I noticed some changes in her appetite and daily routine.  Before, Chelsea stays up until 2 am and wakes up around 11 am. Thankfully that routine changed and she also started to eat vegetables. As a mom I'm always worried because I know that she is not getting the right nutrients that her

A quick trip down holiday memory lane

Can you feel it? The cold breeze, holiday songs, festive decorations, and colorful lights and lanterns… it’s Christmas season, everybody! Filipinos are known to celebrate Christmas the longest – it starts with the BER months and ends in January. Along with parties and get-togethers, we also have different traditions to celebrate the yuletide season. Since I was a kid, I associated grapes and round fruits with the holiday season. My grandma used to buy a lot of grapes during the BER months and placed them on our table along with other fruits. The grapes were also hung on windows and doors to help bring in good fortune for the coming year. I remember her asking me who was eating the grapes as she noticed that they were slowly “disappearing” and I said it must have been my aunties and our cat. But… It was silly me all along, of course! My aunties ended up buying more, much to my delight.   For Christmas eve, my aunties and grandma would make their delicious fruit salad – a huge can of f
