But I've read that being too overprotected can cause more harm to the child, it increases the child anxiety when they are not allowed to overcome their fear. As a mom, one of the things that I have encountered with my daughter as she grows is being picky with what she ate. It was not easy and since I need to consider her health and nutrition I can not just give in to giving her what my daughter only wanted.I knew then that I needed to make a smart choice of giving her something that she will like and enjoy.
