What you need to prepare:
  • 1 cup milk (or unsweetened vanilla milk almond)
  • 8 sachets of Santé Pure Barley (21g)
  • 1 big banana
  • ¼ cup yogurt (plain or strawberry flavour)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Three simple steps to follow:
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

3. Serve immediately.



Strawberry Shake

A quick trip down holiday memory lane

  Can you feel it? The cold breeze, holiday songs, festive decorations, and colorful lights and lanterns… it’s Christmas season, everybody! Filipinos are known to celebrate Christmas the longest – it starts with the BER months and ends in January. Along with parties and get-togethers, we also have different traditions to celebrate the yuletide season. Since I was a kid, I associated grapes and round fruits with the holiday season.
